1. Smile analysis

You are always welcome to come in for a friendly chat to tell us what concerns you have about your smile which often ranges from the subtle to the obvious. We can make an assessment and take some photographs then analysis your smile on our large LCD wall display. We can then offer you your options for correction answer any questions and begin the design process of your new smile.

2. Diagnostic Phase

The major changes to your smile can often be completed in just two visits by using porcelain veneers, crowns or bridgework but first we must be sure what we wish to achieve. In all, but the simplest cases, we like to use computer imaging and a diagnostic wax up to help the design process.

a. Computer Imaging

By using the latest technology, we can take a photograph of smile and alter it digitally to achieve a good idea of how the design would look on you. If for any reason it doesn’t look right we can easily make any changes.

b. Diagnostic Waxing

We can then transform computer imaging into a 3D model such that we can check the aesthetics from every angle and we can check the function of the proposed design before we have even touched a tooth.

3. Try Your Smile

The really innovative thing about these techniques is that we can trial your smile before we instruct the ceramist to make your porcelain. We can fit you with plastic provisional restorations that match the design and you can go away, show family and friends, function as normal. Once you are satisfied with the design, and as may alterations as necessary can be made, we will be ready to make the final design in porcelain.

4. Final Delivery Of The Smile You’ve Always Wanted

We produce the smile exactly as we planned it with you. The master ceramist at the laboratory duplicates in porcelain the smile design giving it the right colour, surface anatomy and texture to produce that natural beautiful smile for your mouth. His works is truly exceptional and even very close up looks fantastic. Once fitted its up to you to go out there and show off your new smile!!
