At Wayside Dental, we strive to stay abreast of the latest dental technological innovations. This allows us to provide you with the best care that modern dentistry has to offer. Our CBCT scanner gives us highly detailed digital images that are more accurate than traditional x-rays and also expose you to less radiation. As a result, our computer-guided surgery involves less trauma to surrounding tissues and faster healing times.
It is our practice policy to give patients full information about the cost of their dental work before any treatment is undertaken, and a printed estimate of the charges involved in each treatment will be given to the patient. All new patients will be informed of our fees and will be given details of our Wayside Oral Care Plan.
For more complex treatments, patients will receive a full treatment plan and will have a follow up appointment so they have an opportunity discuss it with their dentist.
We offer patients a range of payment options. You may pay for your treatment by cash, cheque or credit/debit card.
If you have an out of hours emergency, please phone the practice and follow the instructions on the answerphone. Please note that if we need to open the surgery out of hours, a charge will be made for patients who are not members of our Oral Care Plan.
Changing your Appointment
There will be no charge for changing your appointment provided we are given at least 24 hours’ notice.
We will charge for missed appointments or late cancellations.
We have disabled access via a ramp leading to the practice door and also have ground floor treatment rooms. Unfortunately, we do not have a toilet that is wheelchair accessible.
